The Peacock Parlour is one large 60sqm room divided by a large sound absorbing curtain that can be open or drawn. It has air conditioning, so despite being a large warehouse space, it can be warmed and cooled easily. Alongside our fully equipped dungeon there is a comfortable lounge area where you can relax or do more domestic style play. This has a three seater Chesterfield sofa as well as an imposing Chesterfield chair, a bookshelf with BDSM and sexuality related books, a large mirror, a coffee table, a huge beanbag and a rug underfoot for warmth and comfort.

There is a small kitchenette with kettle, cups and glasses, plates, cutlery, a microwave and a fridge. Help yourself to tea, coffee or snacks in the far cupboard.

We also have a small bathroom with shower, in which we provide a thorough selection of toiletries for you to use, alongside fresh towels.

Upstairs on a mezzanine level there is a cosy softly lit bedroom with double bed. This is available got overnight bookings, or as an add-on for shorter bookings.
